The Three M’s of Self Discovery

I make a point to share the 3 M’s of self discovery with high school students as they reach the point of considering their college future:

  1. Don’t think about ‪#‎Money‬.
  2. Think for you, not ‪#‎Mom‬.
  3. Don’t think about ‪#‎Marriage‬ i.e. no following your boo to the college of their choice.

At this point we can start really unveiling whats right for them as an individual and their future.

I wonder, can this apply to you as a young professional seeking to find your passion? Limit thinking about money, family, and relationships and the path to what YOU want may just get a lot less cloudy.
